Little more than a rehash of old comedy routines fitted for the talents of Universal's precocious two-year-old star Baby Sandy. Watch Sandy as she is nearly run over when she crawls into traffic. Thrill at the danger when she climbs a bell tower. Smile and wipe a tear from the eye as she helps the wonderful people around her. The cast is good and the direction quite competent but SANDY IS A LADY, like most of the Hollywood baby films, suffers from a self-conscious cuteness. leave a comment
