Salome, Where She Danced

De Carlo is a Viennese dancer during the Franco-Prussian war. She meets Cameron, an American reporter, and helps him fool one of Bismarck's top officers. This Mata Hari stunt forces De Carlo and her man to head off to America, ending up in a small Arizona town. The locals of Drinkman's Wells are a group of assorted outlaws who are straightened out by DeCarlo. They're so entranced by her and her dancing that they rename their town "Salome." From there it's off to San Francisco for the tempting lady where she hooks up with the wealthy Russian, Slezak. He too becomes entranced by her various skills and ends up building an opera house for her, a la CITIZEN KANE. De Car...
