Hugh Sinclair takes over the title role of RKO's noted international sleuth. In this adventure, the Saint and sidekick Monty Hayward (Macrae) are in Switzerland on vacation and soon become involved in a hunt for a music box containing a secret code that is sought by a group of international spies.
