Holt's father is wrongly accused of stealing from the bank of which he was president, and the loyal son sets out to clear his name in this weak-scripted effort. Holt, of course, eventually tracks down the real thieves and makes them face the music. Barclay plays the mandatory love
interest and the ukulele-playing Edwards provides the needed comedic relief and music.
