No Safe Haven

Veteran exploitation actor Wings Hauser turns up here in another revenge-driven actioner. At first glance, NO SAFE HAVEN looks a bit different from the standard genre fare, but soon after the plot machinery kicks in it becomes apparent that there wasn't much on the minds of the filmmakers after all. A pro football player (Tom Campitelli), who resisted pressure from drug dealers to throw a game, is sadistically murdered, along with his mother and younger brother. This well-done sequence grinds the rest of NO SAFE HAVEN into gear, as the family's third brother, Clete Harris (Hauser), decides to go after the men responsible for killing his family.
