The Sad Horse: Review

Wymore owns a horse that has a dog for its best friend. When the dog is lost, the nag goes into a deep depression. Young Ladd comes to his grandfather's ranch while the boy's father remarries. Ladd and his dog have a run-in with a rattlesnake and a puma, and then they meet Wymore and her horse. Ladd's dog and the horse become instant friends and the horse is lifted out of its depression.
