Russkies

Set in Key West, Florida, on the Fourth of July, the story follows three friends, two young Army brats (Leaf Phoenix and Stefan DeSalle) and the son of a conscientious objector turned yuppie (Peter Billingsley). On a visit to their secret hideout, the trio is shocked to discover Mischa (Whip Hubley), a shipwrecked Russian sailor. Mischa and two comrades were sent to get some top-secret computer parts stolen from the local Army base, but rough weather capsized their raft and Mischa found himself alone.
