Some teenagers get involved with slimy Wynn and his car theft racket. Rookie cop Campbell goes under cover and joins the delinquents at Wynn's gas-station front. Case is forced to accede to Wynn's sexual desires when the hood threatens to expose her father as an illegal alien. Campbell
