A predictable crime film that has Lazarus witnessing the kidnaping and ultimate murder of his girl friend's engineer brother, Conway. The engineer is abducted by a group of thugs led by businessman Peters, who believes Conway knows of uranium mines in South Africa. Conway is killed,
