Two Welsh coal-mining brothers win a contest and earn an all-day trip to London in a light-hearted comedy that puts them in one predicament after another. The two brothers win a contest for the most coal output sponsored by a local newspaper. But when they arrive in London, they miss their newspaper escort--Guinness--and become separated. One has a gold-digger after him who wants nothing more than to separate him from his wallet. As the other searches for his brother, he meets a friend from the village who is now residing in the local gutters. All this time, the newspaper escort has been feverish in attempting to find the two and ends up in jail. The brothers finally do find each other again--on the train back home. leave a comment
