Darren is the leader of a New York street gang who gets involved with mobster Granger, who runs the local longshoremens' union. The youth's father, Barrier, was crippled by Granger and his thugs in a union riot and throws his son out of the house when he learns of Darren's new friend.
Barrier and a few friends are trying to set up a rival union, and, when one of the men is killed by the gangsters, Darren decides to go to the police. Granger and his men try to stop him, but the youth handles them, and right prevails once again. RUMBLE ON THE DOCKS ran as the second bill with
