Paige, thinking that her husband (DeFore) is cheating on her, decides to skip her ocean cruise and stay home to spy on him. DeFore, thinking that his wife is cheating on him, wonders why she is taking a cruise without him and hires a private eye to go along. Day is sent by Paige to take her place on the cruise and, naturally, is mistaken by the detective as Paige. What follows is the obligatory romance between the pair.
