Powell is a US intelligence officer who enlists in the French Foreign Legion as part of a plan to track down Nazi war criminal McNally (a character who clearly represents Martin Bormann, the number-three man on the Nazi totem pole). En route to McNally, Powell gathers clues and has a
run-in with gun dealer-antique collector Vincent Price, who sounds ludicrous with his German accent. This one even includes a couple of tunes to make that nasty Nazi taste go down better: "Just for a While" and "Who Can Tell" (Serge Walter, Jack Brooks, sung by Marta Toren).
