Great reggae music abounds in this comedy-drama about a Rastafarian drummer, Leroy Wallace, who puts down his sticks and becomes a record distributor, only to be ripped off by criminals who demand a big cut of his profits. To set things right, Wallace and his friends (who come together in
a great sequence set to Peter Tosh's "Steppin' Razor") then steal back the stolen profits and distribute them among their neighbors. Ganja and island vibrations are in plentiful supply in this entertaining picture featuring an all-star cast of reggae performers, including Tosh, Bunny Wailer, the
Mighty Diamonds, Gregory Isaacs, Winston Rodney, and Robbie Shakespeare.
