Spend a wild night at the Cloud Nine, a rockin' rollin' nightspot where all the kids hang out and listen to the Platters. Dick Miller plays Shorty, a hip fellow who stands only 5 foot 1 inch and hates guys taller than himself. Enter a couple of murderers who take refuge in the bar and watch Shorty tell them who is boss.
