Holt is a landowner who is framed by a scheming railroad company when he refuses to sell his land. Before coming to trial, Holt is able to prove his innocence and place the murder rap where it belongs. Handsome Holt replaced George O'Brien in the series of westerns produced by Gilroy and directed by Killy; this was his third.
