Riverrun: Review

A couple of Berkeley students, Ober and Jenkins, leave their campus town for life on a sheep farm, where they are visited by Ober's hard-drinking, sailor father. Ober's subsequent pregnancy leads to the usual generation-gap tensions, climaxing in a bloody natural childbirth. Turning in a fine performance is McLiam, as the father. He can also be seen assuming a paternal role in IN COLD BLOOD, as the victimized Mr. Clutter. leave a comment
