Riot In Juvenile Prison

When shootings of two juvenile inmates bring public protest, psychologist Thor is brought in to see if he can do anything to control problems peacefully, while sadistic warden Hoyt looks on with indignation. Thor works by the principle of loving kindness, and his first act is the introduction of coed facilities. But trouble makers Marlowe and Tyler fight over a girl and Tyler attempts to rape one of the female inmates. This only causes more brutal treatment of the young prisoners, which incites a riot.
