Autry plays a double role in this oater, first as his father in a sequence occurring 20 years earlier, adding only a mustache to portray the different characters. The father jails crooks Sande and Mahoney for stealing $30,000 from mine owner Hall. The money is hidden and never found by the authorities. Twenty years later the crooks escape from prison and return to the ghost town where the money was hidden. Autry the son follows in his father's footsteps by bringing the thugs to justice once again. Photography adds the proper atmosphere of the ghost town location. leave a comment
