A group of ranchers are forced to pay dearly for water rights when Dew builds a dam that cuts their land off from the river. Holt is a rancher who tries to stop the nefarious goings-on which causes Dew to nearly blow up the dam and flood all of the cattle country. Of course, Holt puts a stop to any such plans.
