A surprisingly dull entry in Monogram's "Rough Rider" series finds Jones fighting some cattle rustlers. Woods is the leader of the gang, rustling beef and trying to swindle farmers out of their land. Naturally Jones puts a stop to it all. There's far too much dialog and the cinematography is unusually bad. leave a comment
