A gang of outlaws led by Dumbrille, O'Flynn, and Moore are destroying the timberlands. Autry tries to save the day but the baddies frame him on a charge of poisoning cattle and then lay a murder rap on him. But Autry proves his innocence and saves the day in this simpleminded, subpar outing. Unlike Autry's usual film work, this is a slow-moving picture with a notable lack of suspense and excitement. Moore would soon be switching from bad guy to good guy for the popular television series "The Lone Ranger." leave a comment
