A banker, Van Sloan, ashamed when his son robs a bank, arranges to have himself killed to make up for the misdeed. He has three killers come after him, but, as luck (and the script) would have it, Van Sloan confuses the Three Mesquiteers; Steele, Tyler, and Dodd; for the hired gunmen. Some amusing moments in this slightly imaginative western, though it's not one of the best in the Mesquiteers series. leave a comment
