When the owner of a ranch passes away, his foreman (Cameron) must fight to maintain the land. Neighboring ranchers want to take the empire and divide it among themselves. Adding to the complications is Tucker, the fiancee of Raines, the ranch's heiress. Donlevy is leader of the opposition
