Chloe, according to lore, may never land the Man of Steel, but she just might woo his best friend. Aaron Ashmore (née the ex of Mars' Veronica, Troy Vandegraff) is joining CW's Smallville this season (premiering Sept. 28) as a semiregular, playing aspiring photojournalist Jimmy Olsen.
But wait, there's more. Read all about it: "He's going to be a love interest for Chloe," Ashmore confirms for TVGuide.com. "They met [off screen] a few summers ago, and now they're reconnecting."
Ashmore's boy-next-door looks make him a natural to play All-American Jimmy — even though he eerily resembles Smallville villain Eric Summers, who just happened to be played by Ashmore's real-lif

While she didn't reap the initially available $1.5 million, Tarah Smith was happy to emerge from Unanimous' bunker nearly $400,000 richer. Not a bad payday for a struggling handbag designer trying to keep her company afloat. What exactly was it like living in a sterile underground lair with eight other people, all of whom were tasked to pick one person to give the cash prize to? TVGuide.com spoke with Tarah about this wild experience.
TVGuide.com: Has the fact that you've won sunk in yet? Tarah Smith: We got done filming like two months ago, so it has had some time to sink in. But now I am reliving it again, which is awesome because now I can talk about it with my friends and family. I'm re-experiencing the excitement.

I miss Winnie Cooper, too, but not during this show. I'm tired of all The Wonder Years references. Where did they even live? was there crack? And did Fred Savage have that mole then? Who cares, they had it made. It's nice to have a Thursday-night show to look forward to, like when we had The Cosby Show, but where's Robin Givens? And show me a brother wearing a Cosby sweater today, I'll totally outblack him – while delivering a child and showing him clips of the best family comedy since his.

Chris shines in his oldest-child role, forced to be something, and thankfully for us, he chose the funny. If anyone interviews him, ask if he made up "ghetto snob" then or now. The family is more of a character, too, and thank god we've lost our infatuation with dysfunction, because

I was initially skeptical about this special, which seemed like an obvious ploy to squeeze one more Wednesday night out of this summer social experiment. But it turned out to be pretty entertaining and reminded me how much I loved adorable little Joe. They set out to answer a bunch of lingering questions: Are Erika and Brad dating? The answer is no, but Erika says she's been waiting for cold-sore boy. Would Mindi really make out with Richard? Yes, but the sweet-as-pie gal looked befuddled when she found herself in that predicament on national TV. She paused only a minute before she gamely went for it, and maybe even slipped some tongue. Are Chuck and Scarlet still an item? Nope, but she considers him a good guy. Is Chuck really that pompous? Well, if it wasn't clear from his dating comment in the interview my cohort Sabrina did the other day, then his remark that "I feel somet
