Return Of The Living Dead Part II

Burdened with a most unwieldy sequel title (why not simply "Return of the Return of the Living Dead"?), this movie is not so much a continuation of the surprise horror hit of 1985 as it is a remake, considering that the original movie ended with the nuclear annihilation of the entire cast. Maintaining the goofy black humor that made the first film tolerable, the sequel again begins with the opening of the same deadly canisters that caused all the problems last time out. The mist from the canister seeps into the cemetery, contaminating the humans who breathe it and reanimating the buried corpses.
