The Reincarnate

This interesting feature has a dying lawyer, Creley, as a member of an ancient cult. In order to ensure the continued existence of his eons-old spirit and mind he must go through a ritual that involves the sacrifice of a virgin. First he must find someone willing to accept his spirit, which he does in struggling sculptor Reynolds. Unfortunately, most of the movie centers around Creley trying to talk Reynolds into being a part of the ritual, making the long-awaited finale overly predictable.
