An early version of GENERAL HOSPITAL has Daniels portraying a nurse involved in a love triangle when her husband goes insane and must be operated on. She finds herself pursued by two surgeons, Talbot, who is just out for kicks, and Halliday, a sincere admirer. Daniels is most taken by Talbot, but when her husband commits suicide by jumping out of a window at the suggestion of another wacky patient, she turns to Halliday.
