A tightly woven, horribly cliche-ridden depiction of the aftermath of the battle of Little Big Horn. Keel plays a cavalry captain who comes to warn the small town of Deadwood about the possibility of a Sioux attack. The townspeople distrust him at first as a deserter and ignore his
warnings. But Brady, the local gunfighter, persuades the people of Keel's validity, and the men use two Gatling guns in their blockade of the town. Keel brings the guns later to a cavalry division under Sioux attack. The acting here is uninspired, and the action sequences look awfully staged.
