Drought-ridden Africa is the setting for this actioner, in which Lt. Nikolai (Dolph Lundgren), a Soviet special forces "killing machine," is sent to an Angola-like nation with orders to assassinate a rebel leader who's causing problems for Cuban forces occupying the country. Botching the
