An interesting attempt at satirizing the political regime of Joseph Stalin by portraying him as an eccentric buffoon features Blakely as the Soviet premier. incidents. A meeting with Mao Tse-tung ends in an arm wrestling match, and the Soviet political leaders discuss basketball. Though some clever ancedotes are included, the entire project fails because of a lack of a coherent plot and a firm handling of Stalin's psychological makeup. leave a comment
