Toler plays Charlie Chan as he ventures to Mexico City where a number of shady figures are trying to get their hands on the formula for an atomic bomb. When people start dropping like flies, Toler uncovers a gun firing via remote control. He nabs the killer, making the plans for the bomb safe again.
