Breen, RKO's answer to Shirley Temple, stars in this soaper as a Southern tyke forced to leave his loving mammy, Beavers, and to go to New York when it is discovered that he has relatives up there. Shipped off against his will, Breen soon makes a bad impression on his grandmother, Robson, who decides the kid's no good.
