Fairly interesting film adaptation of a stage play that ran in Canada and details the strife in Northern Ireland. The action takes place around a small betting shop in Ireland where the lives of several characters intersect. The main thrust of the story deals with an Irish girl, Kidder, who falls in love with British policeman Foster.
