Quiet Cool

In the lush forests of northern California, marijuana planters control an entire community through a combination of money and terror. As the film opens, a surveyor leads the corrupt sheriff (Jared Martin) to the site of one dope patch, but when they get there, the hapless surveyor is killed. The murder is witnessed by Joshua Greer (Adam Coleman Howard), who runs back to tell his parents, but the killers are after him. They kill his mother and father, then toss Joshua off a cliff.
