Typical Starrett outing in which our hero once again adopts the guise of the Durango Kid to stamp out evil in the West. Talbot plays the crooked lawyer who frames former sheriff Starrett for the murder of Parrish's brother. Parrish owns a stagecoach line, and Talbot manages to convince a gullible jury that Starrett had designs on the business and bumped off Parrish's brother to get it.
