Sullivan is an insurance attorney who gets dumped by girl friend Dahl for Simmons. He is distraught but soon is lavishing his affections on Hagen. But Dahl reenters his life--and the old passions heat up. Sullivan falls for her once more, only to discover he is being duped to take a fall by Dahl and Simmons.
