Ruggles and Morgan are partners in a garter business who disagree over who should be running things. They finally decide that the winner of their poker hand will take charge for a year, and the loser will become the winner's butler. Rogers, in her second film (reteaming her with Ruggles,
but in a secondary role) is the ingenue who's romantically and musically attached to Smith, Ruggles' son. This is an amusing little programmer, based on a Broadway musical comedy which, in turn, was based on a 1917 play. The lead comedians really make this film work. In lesser hands, their
