Set in the desert, PURSUIT is the story of an Army scout being chased by a hungry, unfriendly bear. He succeeds in making it to the safety of his fort, only to be gunned down by an overcautious guard. Danton, whose slick gangster qualities earned him the lead roles in THE RISE AND FALL OF LEGS DIAMOND (1960) and THE GEORGE RAFT STORY (1961), was unfortunately later reduced to second-rate horrors like this one. leave a comment
