Skelton plays a simple-minded cafeteria worker engaged to Blair. He gets caught up with some swindlers who take his savings in a phony stock scheme. They hire him as their courier, and he finds himself in jail. But Skelton escapes with the usual hijinks and gets a $10,000 reward for
