This strange little film may be the ultimate kids' fantasy. Basham is the host of a children's show, but he's got a sideline: when any of his beloved viewers are beaten or maltreated by mom and pop, he kills the abusive parents. His weapons include a baseball bat and a lawnmower. Basham's performance is infantile but priceless. This is a classic example of bad filmmaking at its very best.
