Sunny (Goldie Hawn) is a Washington, DC, cocktail waitress who thwarts an attempt on the life of oil-rich Emir (Richard Romanus). She becomes a media star, and her endearing manner leads the administration to offer her a post as a protocol officer. Once on the job, she finds herself in a
