The Protector: Review

Billy Wong (Jackie Chan) and Danny Garoni (Danny Aiello) are a pair of New York cops who set out for Hong Kong on the trail of a drug czar who has kidnaped the daughter of his former partner. The film opens with a shootout and speedboat chase in New York, then moves to Hong Kong as the two men evade swarms of killers.
