It's more computer whiz kids threatening the balance of things, namely the well-being of the Federal Reserve system. Julie Collins (Toni Hudson) is a recent college graduate who is having no success in finding employment in the computer department of a bank. The bank does, however, steal some of the ideas she related during an interview. To get even, Julie develops a way to tap into automatic teller machines with a fake pass card and drain them of all their money. She engages Michael Fox (Lee Montgomery) in her scheme.
