Dunn is kicked out of Annapolis because of his rowdiness. He becomes a speedboat designer and attracts the Navy's attention because they want him to build a small torpedo boat. Dunn's overacting and the dreadful dialog the characters are expected to speak makes this one a less than average programmer. leave a comment
