Sgt. Larry Turner (David Birney) is a detective whose longtime lover is high-class call girl Heather Todd (Season Hubley). He's investigating the murder of a narcotics agent, and the case is drawing perilously close to Heather because she is harboring Francie (Suzanne Snyder), who is wanted for questioning. Heather is teaching Francie the ropes of her profession, unaware that the seemingly innocent southern belle is actually a dangerous schizoid. PRETTYKILL is a thoroughly dull crime drama with nothing to recommmend it except its snicker potential. Hubley is hilarious as the Grace Kelly look-alike hooker. Birney doesn't have much to do, and Snyder's over-the-top split personality bit gives the movie its most hilarious moments. leave a comment
