A fascinating thriller that was mostly ignored at the time of its release, this is a fine film with a terrific performance by Tuesday Weld. Perkins is again a mentally unstable young man who falls under the spell of Weld, a pert young high-school student whose sweet face hides a killer's psyche. And you thought Heathers was dark.
