Drake is a young employee of an advertising agency who takes the subway to work each morning, but never gets a seat. She comes up with the idea of carrying with her a life-sized doll of a baby to insure a seat. The baby, which she names after her firm's biggest client, baby food manufacturer Gwenn, becomes the topic of conversation when Gwenn sits down next to her one morning.
