PREHYSTERIA is the worst kind of kids' film. It's thoroughly innocuous and predictable, played throughout at sitcom level. The main attractions--miniature dinosaurs--aren't so hot either. Question: Two older girls I work with and I (they're in their twenties and I'm 17) were talking about movies, and one had people who hatch dinosaur eggs or something; the little baby dinos are running around and I think they even talk. When I told them I had no idea what they were talking about, they were surprised because they said the movie was only a few years old.
