Portland Expose

Set in Portland, Oregon, Binns plays an honest saloon keeper forced by the syndicate to let gangsters use his establishment as a hotspot. After they threaten to throw acid in his daughter's face, he becomes an undercover agent for a citizens' organization trying to clean up the city. The story is based on true events that were actually occurring in Portland at the time and gave rise to investigations by a Senate committee.
